Here's Jacob with his godparents Kristi and Trevor. Jacob says,

I want you to know how lucky I feel to have Godparents like you. Someone who always loves me no matter what I do.

When I think of you I count my blessings and thank the Lord above

that I have you for my Godparents because Godparents are chosen with love.

Jake came down with a double ear infection last week and has been on the long road to recovery since. While the antibiotics have probably cured the ear infection, they're tough on his stomach which then results in fighting diaper rash. After a couple late nights, last night he slept through the night again despite being congested and having a stuffy nose.

At the doctor's office, they weighed him at 16 lbs 4oz. In a few weeks, he'll return for his 6 mo checkup.

Like a champ, he returned to school today and had a good day. They said he was trying to crawl!

Jacob's Baptism

Jacob had his baptism today. He was very good and didn't forget any of his lines.
Jacob's Aunt Kristi is his godmother and his Uncle Trevor is his godfather.
Nana, Poppop and Grandma Sue were also here for the occasion. Kristi's friend Laura also attended and acted as photographer.

Jake had a ball last week on our Disney trip. He got to meet his cousins for the first time... as well as Piglet, Pooh, and Tigger. We'll post more pictures soon.
