Jacob recently turned 1! He was slow to dive into his cake, but once he got a taste of the frosting, there was no stopping him.
For his 1 year checkup, he came in at
22 lbs
29 inches
This seems to be 50% in weight and 25th percentile height.
Although he's not yet walking, he has no trouble crawling and cruising around. His favorite activity is riding his truck. He cruises around on it like you wouldn't believe.
He's also saying several words and phrases. Among them are doggie, kitty, Bailey, book, boo, thank you, mama, dada....
At daycare, they're moving him into the room for the ones and they report that he is "talkative and happy". He's also very handsome (he looks just like his Daddy) and has lots of crazy curly hair!
He's at a really fun age.
